Chief Alhassan Andani

Chief Alhassan ANDANI is the Founder and Executive Chairman of LVSafrica Limited. He has over Twenty (20) years Executive Experience including Fourteen (14) years as Chief Executive Officer of Stanbic Bank Ghana. He also served as the Deputy Managing Director and Executive Director at Barclays Bank Ghana. Chief Andani was recently awarded the Millennium Excellence Awards Financial Personality of the Decade.

Chief Andani also serve on the Board of several companies and institutions including Goldfields Group South Africa; Goldfields Abosso Ghana LTD, Goldfields Tarkwa Ghana LTD, Madina Institute of Science & Technology and Accra Hearts of Oak Football Club. Chief Andani also serve as the Chairman of CEO Advisory on SDGs to President of Ghana, Chairman of Board, CSIR – Plus Ltd, and Chairman of the Advisory Board, CSIR – SARI Nyankpala, Tamale.

He previously served on the boards of Barclays Bank Ghana, Stanbic Bank Ghana, Stanlib Ghana, SBG Securities, Ghana Fixed Income Management (GFIM) Board and Ghana Inter-Bank Payment Settlements System (GhIPSS).

Chief Andani is a recipient of Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) Marketing Man of the Year 2014, Honorary Fellow Chartered Institute of Banking Ghana, Honorary Fellow Institute of Directors Ghana (IoD) 2019 and Honorary Fellow Chartered Institute of Credit Management 2019.    

Chief Andani holds Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance; FINAFRICA, Milan, Italy; International Management Certificate, INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France; Strategic Leadership Programme, Said Business School, University of Oxford and Bachelor of Science

Agriculture, University of Ghana, Legon.

 

Mr Kojo Mattah

Mr. Kojo MATTAH is a former Managing Director of ARB Apex Bank Plc. He has about forty years’ wealth of experience spanning banking, auditing, financial management, project and operations management, internal control, systems design and improvement.

He had consulted for Rural and Community Banks, Financial Services as well as Savings and Loans companies.  He was the National Director of SOS Children’s Villages Ghana, where he spearheaded the construction of Kumasi and Tamale Children’s Villages.  He also worked with Metropolitan and Allied Bank (which was acquired by UT Bank, now defunct) as Senior Manager in charge of Strategy, Finance and Management Information, and as Finance Manager at Barclays Bank Ghana Limited, (now Absa Bank).  Before joining Barclays Bank, he was Audit Manager at Benning Anang & Partners, a firm of Chartered Accountants.

He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Electronic Funds Technology Ghana Limited.  He previously served on the boards of Teachers Fund, Credit Mall Ltd, Aviance Ghana Ltd, Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) and Anlo Rural Bank Limited.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with Distinction, from Cardiff University in Wales, United Kingdom.  He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK and Ghana; and is the immediate past President of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG).  He is also a member of the Institute of Directors (Ghana).

Mr. Abdul-Malik Adam


Mr. Abdul-Malik Adam
is a transformational thought leader with over fifteen years’ experience in

advisory, telecoms, private equity and the academia. His expertise includes providing

comprehensive financial and business advisory services to SMEs and large scales enterprise both

in Ghana and abroad. He currently leads a transformative agenda to develop enduring inter-

generational African inspired enterprises at LVSafrica. Prior to this, he founded McKasi and

Dwuna Consult, a business advisory and consultancy firm.

Abdul-Malik previously held senior management positions at AirtelTigo including as Head of

Financial Synergy & Integration where he developed and implemented consolidated financials

and identified strategic synergies for the merged entity. Prior to this, he served as the Head of

Pricing and Consumer Insight at Millicom Ghana Limited, providing timely market data and

business analytics for strategic decision making. Before that, he served as the Head of

International Business Unit at Millicom Ghana Limited where he increased the portfolio’s

revenue by fifty percent and about ten percent growth in the unit’s contribution to total enterprise

revenue.

He also served as the Commercial Lead of the International Category Project at Millicom

International Cellular office in London where he led five African countries to design and develop

various value propositions. Before this, he worked a Senior Finance Manager and Product

Manager both at Millicom Ghana Limited. Earlier in his career, he also served as a Senior

Investment Analyst at Black Star Advisors.

Abdul-Malik is a former Adjunct Lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public

Administration (GIMPA) where he taught entrepreneurship. He holds an MBA from Kingston

University London, an MSc from the London School of Economics and BA from the University

of Ghana, Legon.

Emmanuel Martey

Emmanuel Martey is an Information Technology executive and thought leader with a combine twenty -

eight (28) years Technology in Banking and Technology industry experience; having been involved and

led several successful IT transformation projects and initiatives. With twenty-two (22+) years’ experience

in Stanbic Bank Ghana with eight (8) years in

Executive role as the country Chief Information

Officer earlier as Head of IT, serving on the Board

IT Committee and Executive Committee of the

bank. Emmanuel worked with Network Computer

Systems (NCS) - Accra as an Enterprise Integrated

Systems Engineer in a consulting role, also a

multi-cultural work experience spanning Standard

Bank of South Africa in a matrix function, Norway

with AS Microplast, Stjordal and a stint with

Regen Inc. in Virginia, USA as an Intern.

Emmanuel holds an Executive MBA in Project

Management from the University of Ghana

Business School, Legon as well as BSc in Computer

and Management from the University of Cape

Coast and a Dip. Data Processing, KNUST, Kumasi.

He is also a Honorary member of the Retail

Banking Academy, UK and holds a certificate in IT

Digital Leadership from the University of Cranfield

Executive Management Institute, UK. Emmanuel

has attended several Executive Leadership courses

from the Standard Bank group’s Global Leadership Centre, in SA among others.

He holds various IT certifications and working knowledge from ITIL, Project Management Institute,

Microsoft, Cisco, Salesforce, AWS, IBM, Oracle, SAFe Agile, Coding, and knowledge in The Open Group

Architecture Framework (TOGAF 9.2) among others.

Emmanuel is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Institute of

ICT Professionals, Ghana and serves on the board of Alpha Remma Foundation a non-profit organization

that support under-privileged children.
