Adam is a transformational leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services, business advisory, and technology sectors. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer and leads LVSafrica’s strategic agenda, championing sustainable, inter-generational African enterprises and driving high-impact financial advisory services. He has successfully executed trade and project finance transactions in collaboration with international development banks.

A proven expert in structuring financial transactions, including debt and equity capital raising, corporate restructuring, and trade and project finance. Adam has extensive experience managing high-impact mergers and integrations. Notably, he served as the Lead Executive, bridging country operations and group leadership during the merger of Millicom International Ghana and Bharti Airtel Ghana.

He holds an MBA from Kingston University London, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BA from the University of Ghana, Legon.
