Mr. Okai is the immediate past Group Chief Executive Officer of Letshego Holdings Limited where he was responsible for determination, development and shaping of the strategic direction, growth and future returns of the listed pan-African retail financial services company with a presence in 11 sub-Saharan countries across East, West and Southern Africa.

Prior to that he held several leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank including as Chief Operating Officer (Global), Retail Banking based in Singapore, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director in Zambia and Executive Director, Consumer Banking in Ghana.

He holds Master of Science, Process Engineering from Krasnodar Polytechnic Institute, Russia; Diploma in Management, Henley Management College, UK and MBA from Bangor University, Wales
