Dr. BAAH-ADADE is a former Deputy Controller & Accountant General (DCAG) in charge of Government Treasuries. He served as Project Director for the Ghana Integrated Financial Management Information System Project (GIFMIS) and the Public Financial Management Reform Project (PFMRP).

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, (Ghana) and holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Swiss Management Center University, Switzerland, Executive MBA in Project Management, University of Ghana and MBA in Accounting and Development Finance, University of Birmingham, UK.
