Mr. Mattah is a Director at LVSafrica. He is the immediate past Managing Director of ARB Apex Bank Plc, where he led all rural and community banks in Ghana to develop and execute a broad strategic framework to ensure operational efficiency.

He is also the former National Director of SOS Children's Villages, Ghana where he worked with small and micro enterprises as well as individuals in enhancing economic well-being and prosperity.

He has about forty years’ wealth of experience spanning banking, auditing, financial management, project and operations management, internal control, systems design, and improvement. He is a former President of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with Distinction, from Cardiff University, United Kingdom.
